Hi! I'm Piper. I spend my weeks at the salon split between my assistant job and taking guests of my own at Amara and I absolutely love it! I am thrilled to be providing outstanding services behind the chair to current guests as well as welcoming new faces into the salon!

I knew Amara was going to be a perfect fit for me because I am obsessed with everything blonde and all things healthy hair. An icy blonde, a golden blonde, a rooted blonde, a blended blonde; I am here for it! With that said, I have a special place in my heart for all the rich brunettes and all the shine that comes with it!

Outside of the salon you’ll catch me spending time with my parents and siblings in Huxley or going to grab coffee or lunch with my friends. I’m from Huxley, but moved to Ankeny after graduating high school and have been here for 2 years now! I enjoy listening to podcasts about literally anything. If you have any recommendations, let me know! (Especially anything about food or faith.)

I am so proud to be a part of the Amara team and to start my journey in this beautiful industry. My passion stems from making people feel confident and beautiful every day. I want to make this world just as beautiful as I see it, and it starts one person at a time.
